The Sioux Falls Police Department responded to a report of a stabbing in the 1400 Block of East 6th Street Monday night.

Officers discovered 21-year-old Rolland W. Miner III had threatened two other adult males with an air soft gun and cut one of them on the arm with a knife.

Miner was inside the home when officers arrived, but due to the possibility of being armed, K-9 units were used to locate him. Miner was found in a semi-conscious state in the basement of the residence.

The victim with the cut was treated on scene for his injury. Miner was transported to the hospital due to his lack of consciousness.

Miner was arrested for two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault, interference with emergency communication, false imprisonment and for an outstanding warrant.
