What do you call a woman who has 42 dogs and cats in an SUV?

A lady in trouble!

Talk about giving Noah's Arc a run for its money. A Wisconsin woman was nabbed by Spearfish, South Dakota police last weekend and is now facing animal neglect charges for allegedly having 42 dogs and cats in a sport utility vehicle.

Fifty-four-year-old Lisa Dietzel of Shullsburg, Wisconsin, was arrested. Dietzel faces a misdemeanor charge that carries a maximum punishment of a year in jail and a $2,000 fine.

She was caught transporting 36 toy-breed dogs and six cats inside the vehicle. Most of the animals were housed in what police said were cramped, dirty kennels with no food or water.

According to police, Dietzel was in the process of traveling back home from Washington state when she made a stop in Spearfish.

Most likely to get some, Glade, cat litter and a few puppy potty pads I'm guessing.

Spearfish police took the animals to a shelter.
