Things got a little "art-rageous" at Brandon Elementary on Thursday night, (March 23) as students let their creative juices flow.

The school held its third annual "Fine Arts Night", an evening designed to get students engaged with different forms of art.

KDLT News reports that kiddos in Brandon were showing off their creative sides, as they created everything from screen printing projects, to mini paintings, to clay creations.

Chuck Bennis, a Brandon graduate, now turned artist said, "In this day in age and political climate, getting anyone and everyone engaged in art is extremely important. Kids and adults, those that are creative and know how to express themselves are more employable, and they are just all around better people."

According to Bennis, the hope with doing an event like "Fine Arts Night" is to inspire people, and help create a whole world of artists!
