There are two kinds of people out there - snoozers and non-snoozers.

This may (or may not) be an actual screenshot of my phone, which, as you can see, is set for nice and tidy 15-minute increments of blissful slumber.

What you can't see is that this column extends all the way until 9:00 AM!

Now before you accuse me of being the ultimate slacker, I do need to point out that my limit is two snoozes after the initial alarm. I just want to make sure I have my bases covered.

I am well aware that this is not the most preferred method of deep restful sleep, but just in case I forgot, Inc. Magazine has recently published an article reminding the nearly 65 percent of women and 56 percent of men who hit snooze at least one time every morning that we're robbing ourselves of the latter part of the sleep cycle, better known as the restorative sleep state, or REM.

Just a reminder, the sleep experts at Harvard, say we need at least six hours to function somewhat normally, seven to seven-and-a-half is even better.

Don't judge me if I try to squeeze in a little extra.
